We use diffrent kind of methods but most commonly and widely used method is packing we pack each and every single piece of the fittings separately which did not allow rubbing and scrubbing to effect on the surface of the fittings.
Manufacturing Process for Fittings
In the ware house we kept our all raw material like zinc alloy, polishing chemicals, machinery equipment and other raw materials like brass, iron and aluminium
Opening mold is very complicated and very important process for the metal fitting as the whole share of the fittings depends on the mold we are going to open, for the same we have latest machines and professional engineers to take care of it.
After mold development we need to start the production for the Raw product of decided mold. In this process we get the raw shape of the metal in decided mold and forward it for the further steps.
This process is done very carefully as whole shape and size of the fitting depends on how neatly we are connecting the other parts and finalizing the metal fittings. For the same we have specialized professional workers who have more than 5 years of experience of Assembling in metal fittings industry. Polishing means making the fittings crystal clear and shiny by removing extra metal from the surface. In this we have specialized rollers and machines according to the metal and surface of the metal fittings. Polishing is the process which is done in many steps means we change different specialized rollers for different type polish. After polishing we start Platting process for metal fittings.
Plating…is a step for the manufacturing process of metal fittings in which a thin layer of metal coats a surface of metal fittings. Now after polishing we need to make the metal fittings in different colors according to your requirement. To overlap the color, finishing & shiny layer of the metal color on the polished metal fittings we use the plating process. Chemically this can be achieved through electroplating, which requires an electric current, or through electroless plating, which is in autocatalytic chemical process. Plating if of two types as rolling plating and hanging plating (rack plating).
